Hazard and Vulnerability Assessment
Determine which hazards you should plan for and prioritize continuity planning for your organization
This worksheet will help you determine which hazards to plan for, based on probability.
Each hazard should be rated by column from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest). Total all columns for each hazard on the far right.
Use the totals to identify the most significant threats facing your organization and prioritize planning efforts.
